The suite is equipped:
CLEANING
We want to keep the rooms clean during your stay and we are committed to cleaning the rooms twice a week. Upon request and at additional costs we will clean daily.
Days and hours of cleaning service:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12.00am to 01.00pm
Free WI-FI with high speed lnternet access
SHEETS, soft DUVETS and additional BLANKETS.
MINI BAR At your disposal a comfortable mini bar where you can find purified and filtered water that is excellent for drinking and may be used to fill the electric kettle for hot drinks. We also like to add different fruit juices from time to time. We hope you enjoy them.
ELECTRIC KETTLE Easy to manage, you can use with the filtered water supplied. Inside the kettle you will find red discs at various heights to pour the right amount of water needed for 1, 2, 3 cups. For more operating instructions see the house book.
THE, TISANE and INSTANT COFFEE At your disposal you will find a wide choice of blends and everything you need to prepare an excellent hot drink.
BREAKFAST BISCUITS We have selected biscuits for your single-serving breakfast, pay attention, in case you have, to food intolerances before consuming them.
Soft TOWELS of all sizes and everything you need for the shower and personal hygiene (no shampoo).
HAIR DRYER The suite is equipped with a hairdryer.
WALK-IN CLOSET The suite is equipped with a small walk-in closet where you can store your clothes and personal effects.
AIR CONDITIONING for the summer inside the Deluxe Room.
FIRST AID KIT The suite is equipped with a first aid kit.
EXTINGUISHER The suite is equipped with a fire extinguisher.

Our goal is to facilitate your stay and make it as pleasant as possible.
CLEANING FOR LONG STAYS - obligatory
For stays longer than a week you will be charged 50 euros per week, which includes a thorough cleaning twice a week and change of sheets and towels once a week.
The amount must be paid in advance at the moment of check-in.
Upon request, and with small additional costs, we can provide you with the following services:
DAILY CLEANING 12 euros/day
CARE and WASHING OF GARMENTS
Cost for a washing machine 10 euros
Clothes ironing service 12 Euros per hour
LUGGAGE STORAGE no additional cost

The Suite is accessed by a flight of 9 steps.
The Suite is to be intended as a hotel suite, there is no kitchen and it is strictly forbidden to cook inside.
The apartment is strictly NON-SMOKING and it is forbidden to introduce people who are not registered in the structure.
To give you a more beautiful and pleasant stay, we have furnished the rooms with unique design pieces and original objects. Please take care of it and don't make us regret our choice!
